The BarsĀ® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.

Today Access Bars is practiced in over 170 countries world wide, used as a potent and pragmatic tool by families, schools, businesses, athletes, prison wards, psychologists, artists and many more.

Ayurvedic Head and Neck Massage (with or without essential oils)

This traditional Indian Scalp and Neck Massage is a wonderful and relaxing Ayurvedic treatment that has been practiced for thousands of years. You can choose to sit in a chair, or relax in a heated bed as warmed organic, dosha specific oils are gently massaged into your neck, shoulders and scalp. This is not only 1 hour of pure relaxation, but is beneficial to healing your mind, body and spirit.

Ear Candeling

Ear candle treatment uses long, hollow 'candles' which are made of organic cotton and a selection of natural ingredients such as honey extracts, crushed herbs and beeswax.

The candle is gently placed about a quarter-inch into the ear and lit, allowing the flame to pass down the candle's hollow centre. The warm air comes into contact with colder air, creating a vacuum effect. This draws out wax, head pressure, and other debris that may be lodged in the ear canal.

The removal of excess wax and impurities helps to clear the inner ear and sinuses, regulates ear pressure and brings about a lighter sensation in the head and ears. Ear candling also encourages deep relaxation, which is enhanced by the infusion of herbs and essential oils.

The Hopis (the peaceful people) used ear candling in rituals and healing ceremonies and developed a specific candle formula to enhance the treatment's holistic and therapeutic benefits. The main ingredients they used in their candles included cotton, beeswax, honey, sage, chamomile and St John's Wort - a formula still used in modern ear candle treatments today.

Ear candling works well as a complementary treatment, alongside medical interventions.

Polarity Therapy, (30-120 min) T

The word Polarity refers to the concept that there are opposite poles to everything in the universe: positive/negative, male/female, inside/outside, etc. the human being ins a microcosm of the universe and as such is subject to the law of polarity. The body has positive, neutral, and negative poles through which the life energy flows. When the opposite poles are in equal strength or are balanced with each other, they are polarized. By use of the Polarity system the river channels can be widened or reopened, and the proper flow of energy re-established. When this happens, the body automatically rights itself and returns to its natural state of balance. This balance is what we call health and well-being.  One feels relaxed, aware, whole. The mind and emotions return to harmony and life becomes once again happy and very enjoyable.

Windows of the Sky

Windows of the Sky are acupuncture point, which have been used for centuries to help people move into meditation- like altered states of consciousness. While in this consciousness, people are able to re-experience life events they had previously not been able to let go of. This re- experiencing happen with deeply intensified acceptance, clarity, and insight, thus allowing people to release traumas and learn their related lessons. Physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation happen with surprising speed and ease. Material that had previously been inaccessible or unchanging begins to flow and shift These therapeutic shifts are often felt by both client and therapist, the two often having

shared image, emotions, and body sensations. Reliving these events during such deeply altered states of consciousness allows the client to smoothly and easily process and release even deeply seated experience. Severe and chronic physical complaints, as well as long- standing emotional and spiritual problems, find resolution and relief. This work is deep, profound and potentially life changing.

Windows of the sky are stimulated with gentle finger pressure. Additionally, essential oils, flower essences, or crystals may be used on these points to intensify their effectiveness. Windows of the Sky may be used as treatment complete in itself, or they may be integrated with any other form of bodywork. To integrate Windows of the Sky with other systems of bodywork increases the depth and ease of releases. Structural shifts, musculo-skeletal re-alignments and mental- emotional- spiritual changes happen more quickly and last longer than treatments where these points were not used.
