Reiki Is a Japanese-based Energy healing technique for the purpose of spiritual, energetic mental, emotional, and physical healing. This is gentle, relaxing "laying of hands" and hovering above the body healing technique brings peace of mind, reduction of stress, fatigue and anxiety, brings emotional healing, mental healing, spiritual healing and physical healing. Reiki increases the prana, or life force, inside of the body, aiding in greater circulation, breathing and respiration, release, emotional and mental well-being, and inner peace.
