Marla Shuman, NTS Certified Natural Therapeutic Specialist
Marla specializes in holistic health lifestyle medicine based in the naturopathic approach to preventative care and wellness. Patients appreciate her calm presence, clear explanations, and the way she blends lab testing with nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifesyle coaching to create realistic, step-by-step plans.

Angelina Andriacchi, MSN, CNS, LDN is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in state of IL and Certified Nutrition Specialist who blends evidence-based nutrition science with integrative, whole-person approaches to support long-term health and resilience.
She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Culinary Arts, bringing a unique combination of clinical nutrition expertise and lifelong culinary experience. Angelina is passionate about helping people discover that healthy food can be both deeply nourishing and genuinely delicious.
In addition to her clinical training, Angelina is certified as a New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation (NPMDT) Instructor, a healing modality similar in principle to Reiki that works with the body's energetic systems to support balance and transformation. She integrates this training into her holistic understanding of how nutrition, lifestyle, and the mind-body connection influence overall health.
With nearly a decade of experience in the vitamin and supplement industry, along with experience as a healthy lifestyle coach, she has developed a deep understanding of how targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies support long-term health and resilience. During her graduate training, she worked with the Nutrition Literacy and Outreach Team at Maryland University of Integrative Health, helping develop recipes and educational resources for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across the United States.
Angelina has also taught numerous hands-on culinary workshops and nutrition education classes, translating complex nutrition science into practical meals and lifestyle strategies people can realistically sustain.
Her approach blends the best of modern scientific research with the principles of integrative nutrition, recognizing that stress, emotions, lifestyle patterns, and daily nourishment all influence health. She believes healing happens at the intersection of science, nourishment, and mindful living, and she works with clients to build sustainable habits that support resilience and well-being.
